Austere Medicine Consultants’ Thermal injury Field Kit (tIFK) Developed with input from Special Forces 18Ds, Ranger Medics, and medical authorities, the TIFK is intended to manage thermal injuries varying in severity, ranging from minor first-degree burns to server third-degree burns in a field environment. This American, durably packaged medical solution contains hospital-grade supplies to address thermal injuries enabling the user to stay serviceable in the field and push on to the next echelon of care. This kit is meant to be a consumable asset the end-user can add to any existing load-out, throw in a bag or pocket for a quick day hike, or keep in a carry-on when traveling abroad.
